Whiskey Shop DC ships using legally licensed carriers in the United States. Our carriers may need to verify your age on delivery. Our carriers will make up to three attempts to deliver, and after 3 failed attempts to deliver, your package will be returned to us at your cost.

Please ensure that you can legally receive your order in your state of residence. Whiskey Shop DC does not ship internationally or to US Territories. Whiskey Shop DC does not ship to PO boxes or other non-direct residential locations. Whiskey Shop DC’s shipping policy may change at any time, for any reason.

At the time of sale, the deed of purchase is passed from Whiskey Shop DC to you, the buyer. Whiskey Shop DC then facilitates the shipping of your package. Ensure that you can receive and import packages with spirits to your state.
