One Eight Distilling—The Whiskey Library Anthology

(2) 375ML—In 2017, in collaboration with Washington DC's own One Eight Distilling, The Whiskey Library laid down two quarter casks with the same bespoke mash bill of 60% rye, 35% Hickory King corn, and 5% malted barley. It was not known how these would be presented: married together or bottled separately. After 25 months it was determined that these were two enjoyable yet very different ryes.  As a result, they wanted other people to be able to experience the fact that, no matter how you control for the variables, you can never fully account for the impact of the casks.
